HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

The delivery time consists of two phases:

Within 1–3 business days after placing your order, it will be reviewed, approved, and packed.
Your package will then be prepared for shipment.

Once the package has been collected by our shipping partner, delivery takes:

🌍 Worldwide: 5–13 business days*

Depending on the destination country, delivery is handled by trusted carriers such as DHL, DPD, or your local postal service.

*All shipping times exclude customs delays. During peak seasons such as Christmas or Black Friday, delivery times may be extended.

We offer free premium worldwide shipping to all our customers.

This includes insurance coverage in case of theft, loss, or damage during transit.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

For logistical reasons, shipments may be sent in multiple partial deliveries.

It may take up to 5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system.
