Return Policy
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) has taken possession of the goods.
The right of withdrawal applies to consumers only.
HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs
(except for additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery),
after the returned package has arrived at our facility.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction,
unless expressly agreed otherwise.
You will not be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.
RETURNING THE GOODS
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and no later than 14 days
from the day you informed us of the withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value if it results from handling beyond what is necessary
to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
DISCOUNT CALCULATIONS FOR BUNDLE OFFERS
If you return an item that was part of a multi-item discount bundle,
the refunded amount will be based on the remaining value of the retained item(s).
Example:
If you purchased two items with a 10% total discount and return one item,
the item you keep will be charged at full price,
and the refund will equal the remaining discounted amount.
This rule protects against misuse of bundle discounts.
Your legal withdrawal rights remain fully unaffected.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your item is defective, please send us:

We will assist you as quickly as possible.
