TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These are our Terms and Conditions, which form the basis for processing and handling your purchase.

SCOPE AND PROVIDER

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.
All contracts are concluded exclusively on the basis of these Terms and Conditions.
The contract language is English.

CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The presentation of our products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding purchase offer.

The confirmation of receipt of your order does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.
A valid purchase contract is only formed once we explicitly accept the order or ship the goods to you.

PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS

All prices displayed at the time of order apply.
All prices are final and include applicable taxes.
We offer free premium worldwide shipping, and delivery typically takes 8–14 business days, depending on your location.

PAYMENT

GAMECOLOR offers secure payment via credit card and PayPal.
We reserve the right to restrict certain payment methods for specific orders.

If paying by credit card, your account will be charged when the goods are shipped.
If paying with PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal’s website to complete the payment.

LATE PAYMENT

If payment is delayed, statutory default interest of 4% may apply.
A reminder fee of €2.50 may be charged for each reminder notice after default.
You agree to receive invoices and reminders electronically or in paper form.

DELIVERY AND RETENTION OF TITLE

Goods remain the property of GAMECOLOR until full payment has been received.
Products are shipped directly from our fulfillment centers in Europe or Asia.

If a product becomes unavailable despite proper ordering from suppliers, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payments already made.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify GAMECOLOR with a clear statement via email or post before the withdrawal period expires.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and must be received before a return request can be processed.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from the contract, all payments received will be refunded within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

We may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of return is provided.
You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and complete.
Damaged, worn, washed, or heavily used products cannot be accepted for return.

REFUSAL OF PARCEL ACCEPTANCE

Refusing delivery without justification is not permitted.
If a shipment is refused, the buyer must cover both shipping and return shipping costs.

LEGAL WARRANTY

Statutory warranty rights apply.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE AND DEFECTS

If goods arrive with visible transport damage, please report this immediately to the carrier and contact us as soon as possible.
Reporting defects quickly helps us resolve issues faster, though your legal rights remain unaffected.

FINAL PROVISIONS

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
Contracts between you and GAMECOLOR are governed by Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
