SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Times

Because our products are shipped from international warehouses, delivery times are estimated as follows:

  • Europe: 8-14 business days

  • Other international destinations: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance

  • International logistics

  • Airline cargo delays

  • High seasonal demand

Game Color is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Customs duties, import taxes, and local VAT (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Please allow 3–7 days for tracking updates to appear in the system.

International tracking updates may be delayed while the package is in transit.

5. Customs & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and import duties.

Game Color is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays

  • Import taxes

  • Additional government charges

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees, return and handling costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Failure to collect the package

Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you did not receive the package:

Game Color is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
